KVKK Notice (Personal Data Protection)

As DİSPARCO BİLİŞİM MEDYA VE TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the “Company”), acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed.

2. Personal Data Processed
We process the name, e-mail address, telephone number and message content you submit through the contact form, together with the IP address and browser information generated automatically when you connect.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to and handling your requests, questions and applications,
- Contacting you and informing you about our services,
- Meeting our legal obligations and providing evidence in the event of a dispute.
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the grounds of your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1), the necessity of processing for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2).
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and infrastructure suppliers and to authorised public institutions, only to the extent required by law and by the service itself, in accordance with KVKK art. 8 and art. 9. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, and to object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis.
8. Applications
You may send requests concerning your rights to info(at)disparco(nokta)com. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
